This class mixes cardio, muscular strength, and muscular endurance for a total body workout. It’s an excellent way to add variety to your workout program.

All fitness levels welcome!

3 Day Outdoor Recreation Camp

June 10-12 
Ages 8-18
Limited Spaces! Registration closes June 6th.
Drop off and pick up in Clinton Twp or building 234 on the Detroit Arsenal 

Get outside and enjoy the first days of summer with us during this adventurous 3-dayoutdoor recreation camp.

Day 1 - Tuesday, June 10th: Metropark - Mountain biking and beach activities. Equipment and lunch provided.

Day 2 – Wednesday, June 11th: Nature Center - Nature Center and hiking. Lunch provided.

Day 3 – Thursday, June 12th: Metropark - Kayaking and swimming. Equipment and lunch provided.
