Throughout this sweaty 30 min session you’ll experience a variety of equipment, programming—not to mention having a blast along the way! All fitness levels welcome! Adult Rec - Flag Football POSTPONED
Due to the furlough, Flag Football has been postponed. Teams will be 7v7, co-ed, drop-in style. No need to create your own teams, we will assign people as they arrive. Mouth guards and proper attire are highly recommended.
