CYS Flag Football

Youth will develop and build fundamental skills such as running, receiving, passing, and defending. The best, and most important rule is there’s no contact allowed. Instead of tackling, players wear flags that hang by a belt. Once a ball carriers’ flag is removed, play stops and the ball is marked down. Each session will end with a scrimmage game. Held in Clinton Twp. Register by September 18th

CYS Cheerleading

Coached by Diamond Battle, who has cheered for the Nashville Predators Energy Team and currently cheers for the Detroit Red Wings Red Patrol and the Detroit Tigers Rally Cats! Cheerleading is a fun, inclusive sport that helps youth of all ages learn the importance of support, sportsmanship, staying active, develop confidence, and teamwork. Youth will develop new skills such as jumping, light tumbling, and stunts, while also building fundamental skills such as proper cheer hand motions. Each session will end with the youth performing the cheer they’ve learned for the day during our youth flag football scrimmages held after each practice. 6-10 years Held in Clinton Twp
