Fit Camp
Inside this class you can expect a balance of strength, cardio, and muscular endurance. Throughout this sweaty 30 min session you’ll experience a variety of equipment, programming—not to mention having a blast along the way! All fitness levels welcome! Taught by Anthony Colvard, Certified Personal Trainer

3v3 Lunch Basketball Tournament
Games are played on a first-come, first-served basis using a half-court setup, with two games taking place simultaneously. Each match is played to 10 points, and teams compete in only one game per week. All teams must be predetermined before arriving at the court and are allowed one substitute. At the end of the season, the two teams with the best records will advance to the championship game. There will also be some cornhole boards out for those waiting to play.
