Learn drug facts, how to recognize problems, the effects of drugs, why kids use and how to say no. This training meets Mandatory training requirements for Substance Abuse Prevention. Held in the B229 Cafeteria.

This class mixes cardio, muscular strength, and muscular endurance for a total body workout. It’s an excellent way to add variety to your workout program.

Teams will be 7v7, co-ed, drop-in style. No need to create your own teams, we will assign people as they arrive.
