Get ready to have some fun with an action packed 3-day sport camp with the Youth Sports &Fitness Crew!
Day 1 - Tuesday, July 8th: Metropark
3- Par Golf, Kickball, Shuffleboard, Bike Riding, Fishing, and Nature Hike. Lunch provided.
Day 2 – Wednesday, July 9th: Metropark
Putt-Putt Golf, Volleyball, Metal Detecting, Tennis, Pickle Ball, and Basketball. Lunch provided.
Day 3 – Thursday, July 10th: MST Program & Baseball Game
Wiffleball, homerun derby, fastest baserunning, and farthest throw competitions. Lunch provided. Bring money for concessions/souvenirs.

Youth are required to bring a sack lunch and snacks

This class mixes cardio, muscular strength, and muscular endurance for a total body workout. It’s an excellent way to add variety to your workout program.
All fitness levels welcome!

NO CLASS 7/22!
Inside this class you can expect a balance of strength, cardio, and muscular endurance. Throughout this sweaty 30 min session you’ll experience a variety of equipment, programming—not to mention having a blast along the way!
All fitness levels welcome!

The rules are simple. shoot until you miss. Enter once per week. Basketball provided or bring your own! Winners will receive bragging rights and be featured in MWR Marketing.
