The undead have risen and we must join together to save our city! Ready for the challenge? Let’s defend the living together! Join us for a night filled with fun. Cider and donuts included. Bus leaves and returns to MST program.

This class mixes cardio, muscular strength, and muscular endurance for a total body workout. It’s an excellent way to add variety to your workout program.

Adult Rec - Flag Football POSTPONED

Due to the furlough, Flag Football has been postponed. 

Teams will be 7v7, co-ed, drop-in style. No need to create your own teams, we will assign people as they arrive.
Mouth guards and proper attire are highly recommended.
