Flag Football - Youth Sports and Fitness

Flag football is a fast-growing, inclusive sport that helps youth of all ages learn the game of football, stay active, and develop confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The best, and most important rule is there’s no contact allowed. Instead of tackling, players wear flags that hang by a belt. Once a ball-carriers flag is removed, play stops and the ball is marked down. Each week youth will develop and build fundamental skills such as running, receiving, passing, and defending. Each session will end with a scrimmage game.

3-5 years- 5:00 to 5:30pm

6-11 years- 5:30 to 6:30pm
