Lake Erie Charter Fishing Trip - Youth Sports & Fitness

Experience this unforgettable fishing adventure on Lake Erie. Youth will learn the tips and tricks of catching Perch in Lake Erie and enjoy a hands-on experience of setting fishing lines, baiting the lure, and reeling in and netting fish. Perch fishing on Lake Erie is an amazing experience and a great way to introduce kids to fishing. We’ll be using Ultra-Light fishing rods and Perch rigs baited with minnows. Feeling a nibble on the end of the rod, setting the hook, and reeling in multiple catches is an incredibly exciting experience that youth will remember forever.

Flag Football - Youth Sports and Fitness

Flag football is a fast-growing, inclusive sport that helps youth of all ages learn the game of football, stay active, and develop confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The best, and most important rule is there’s no contact allowed. Instead of tackling, players wear flags that hang by a belt. Once a ball-carriers flag is removed, play stops and the ball is marked down. Each week youth will develop and build fundamental skills such as running, receiving, passing, and defending. Each session will end with a scrimmage game.

3-5 years- 5:00 to 5:30pm

6-11 years- 5:30 to 6:30pm
