April Fitness Challenge

Push, Pull, Hold Challenge - April 6-30, 2026

1. GET OFFICIAL Sarah or Anthony must witness your attempt to make it count.
2. COMPLETE THE EVENTS Give your all in the Push-Up, Pull-Up, and Plank. You can do them on different days! 3. CLIMB THE LEADERBOARD Your score is based on the ACFT chart.

FORM DETALS:
PULL-UPS: Overhand grip. Go until you can't.
PUSH-UPS: Regular width. Max reps or 2 min limit.
PLANK: Elbows only. Hold until you break. Assisted/Modified reps still get you half points!
