Mindfulness & Self-Care Workshop

No matter how far we drift away, mindfulness reminds us that we are here. This training can play an important part in keeping stress in check. We will also discuss self-soothing vs. self-care and the 8 dimensions of wellness. Learn techniques for mindful awareness, understanding self-care which helps build a healthy relationship with yourself and others, identify our basic needs to improve our health, and identify healthy coping skills.
